71 BREWING: POURING UNFORGETTABLE PINTS OF PERSONALITY ACROSS SOCIAL

71 Brewing found themselves with fantastic products, a bold new look that was not only full of character but also included a highly nickable pint glass. However, they were missing a strategy plan of how to bring that new look to life on social in a way that feels authentic and resonates with the right audience?

That’s where Sunshine stepped in. With a pint of creativity in one hand and a strategic plan in the other, we were ready to help this Dundee-based craft brewery make the kind of splash they were aiming for.

What?

Kicking things off with a strategy rooted in real insights, we built a three-month roadmap for content, campaigns, and releases. All tailored to help 71 Brewing show up consistently and in a meaningful way in front of the right people on social media. Our goal? Make their new brand feel as good online as it looks on the can.

With a nod to their proud Dundonian roots, we shaped a tone of voice that balanced craft credibility with local charm. Then, we launched their refreshed brand across Facebook and Instagram, serving up a blend of rich visuals and storytelling to engage our target audience. Quickly dubbing this audience “CBD-ers” (Craft Beer Drinkers), this audience blended geo-targeting with detailed targeting and we used retargeting to make sure we reached them again throughout the campaign period to drive brand retention.

Results

Over the three-month period, we generated generated:

⏳ At an average frequency of 3.43

Our results tell us that out of the 1 million users reached, each user on average had 3 interactions with the brand during each campaign. And this frequency sits within the ideal range of Nielson’s recommended of 2–4 for recall. We didn’t just raise awareness, we made it stick.
