We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s obsessed with social, plugged into culture, and ready to help us create work that earns attention. You’ll work closely with our creatives, content creators and strategists to shape ideas and campaigns that people want to interact with. If you’re always spotting trends before they happen, thinking of ways to turn things into memes, and often find yourself down a rabbit hole of comment threads – then you might just have found your people. We’re looking for someone who is extremely organised, a great communicator, up to date on social tech and trends and always keen to push your knowledge further as part of a busy, fast-growing agency.
The role reports into our Strategy Director, joining forces with our squad of social experts, creatives and client services, to give our clients a unique voice online and really make them stand out.
What you’ll be doing…
As part of the social team, you’ll be involved in the planning, organisation and execution of all social activities for clients. You’ll also act as the heartbeat for our clients’ communities on social – building relationships with community members and creators that bring the brand to life in culture.
On top of that you’ll be trend hunting, looking for reactive opportunities across channels, owning content calendars and monitoring performance, running paid social campaigns, and looking for valuable insights to share with our creatives as part of our reports for clients.
More specifically, we need someone who can...
Be the guardian of our clients social accounts.
Work closely with creatives and strategists to help write briefs and guide them to brilliant ideas.
Understand data to manage client reports, optimise and continually share learnings.
Own and manage content calendars, publishing, community management, run paid campaigns and reporting.
A track record of working in social media with B2C brands for at least 2 years.
(Salary bands based on level of experience)A passion for managing a social media community across a range of channels, answering inbound questions as well as proactive outreach/engagement.
Experience working across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and maybe even Reddit and Pinterest)
Experience of managing projects with an ability to prioritise and deliver results.
Paid Advertising experience on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Great interpersonal skills and a passion for social media.
An unquenchable thirst to learn more and upskill.
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and fostering influencer relationships.
